thanks for the reply. but she cannot wait for the i539 to be processed as it is taking more than 1 year for that. She cannot wait that long. Is there anyway to transfer unveirstiy with pening i539.

Dear Friends,
Several members of the Immigration Voice organization are back in Washington, DC for this weekend too (Jan 21, Jan 22).
As you can imagine, we are here to put up a serious fight against the anti-immigration lobbyist and my sincere thanks to all these volunteers who have already spent a sizeable portion of their personal time and money (in addition to the direct contribution to immigrationvoice.org) towards a common goal. The least we can do is support them monetarily and by volunteering for a common cause. After all, aren't we going to benefit from their efforts too?

Shana, Better yet update the RFE page on the wiki. The page will be there easily accessible and you will not have the burden of keeping this thread alive.

My case is a bit different.
I have a 485 filed by a company for future employment.
Right now my Priority date became current for my current employer and that labor and I140 are approved.
So can we file multiple 485's with USCIS or do we need to cancel the other 485 to file new 485 with my current employer.

Recently my employer has decreased the hourly rate given for many years in the pay stub but providing the difference as bonus. Will it affect my EB2 Classification and I-485 approval.

I am on L2 since my husband is on L1. I work full time for a US employer with an EAD. Now, what would happen to my status if my husband quits his job?

Are you able to access the XML file using just your browser? You don't need a crossdomain file if the XAP is located in the same domain as that of your XML file - which it seems to be based on your description.

thats very sad and bad on part of the HR. should always use fedEX, UPS for tracking such imp docs. anyways you can use Form I-824 Application for Duplicate Approval Notice.

My lawyers tell me that I cannot apply in EB2, since my Post grad degree is unrelated to my grad degree and so does not apply to my job.
